I hope my blog can help you to become a more empowered individual by making both educated and intuitive choices about your health. I have worked as an RN for 9 years and am currently working in cardiology, step-down, and both medical and surgical units in a hospital setting. I am also a Reiki practitioner since 2005. I love to geek out on the latest research in psychology, aging, memory, neurology, and neuroplasticity. I'm also a minimalist and I like my life simple.
