Hi I'm Adri, and my goal is to help you lead a more balanced and happy life. I'm a bio hacker and a registered nurse. Because my experience is diverse, I want to share with you practical tips that helped me, my patients, and family become happier and healthier. I hope my blog can help you to become a more empowered individual by making both educated and intuitive choices about your health. I have worked as an RN for 9 years and am currently working in cardiology, step-down, and both medical and surgical units in a hospital setting. I am also a Reiki practitioner since 2005. I love to geek out on the latest research in psychology, aging, memory, neurology, and neuroplasticity. I'm also a minimalist and I like my life simple.
