Ginger Tea Recipe for Energy, Weight Loss, and Glowing Skin

Here is my favorite recipe for an amazing healthy cup of ginger tea. I really think this tea makes me a better person (if there is such a thing) because it makes me feel so good all day long!  This recipe is for a batch of ginger tea so that it will last you for the next day.   You can read about the benefits of ginger tea by clicking here.  How to make Ginger Tea Peel the skin off the ginger root, wash, and grate about 1/4-1/3 cup of ginger root. Add to 5 cups of boiling water, reduce to medium heat after ginger starts to boil. Cover halfway with lid. Cook for 20 minutes. Strain the grated ginger. I like to keep some ginger pieces in my tea, so you can decide what you like best. You now have ginger tea! You can add what you like for more flavor or embrace the full ginger taste on it’s own.
